River Bridge Industrial Center, Florence Twp., NJ

This 153-acre former pipe foundry dating from the late 1850s is in the process of being redeveloped into 1.2 Million SF of modern warehouse/distribution facilities.  The site is strategically located on the Delaware River near the intersections of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the New Jersey Turnpike, I-295 and I-95.  Catalyst acquired the property in July 2015 and assumed the obligation to remediate the property and close out all environmental issues with the applicable government agencies.  Entitlements, permitting and construction of the final site-wide cap have been completed. Redevelopment of the property occur in 2 phases.  Construction of the first phase completed in 2020.  The second phase is expected to complete in Q1 2022.
